Settings, language and theme
All app settings at a glance – profile, subscription, guardians, notifications, calendar, dashboard, language and theme.
You reach the settings through the side menu: tap the menu at the top left, then Settings at the bottom. This is where you’ll find everything about your account and the app.

At the very bottom you’ll see the app’s version number – handy if you contact support.
Design & Language
- Open Settings → Design & Language.
- Under Design, choose Light, Dark or System (follows your phone’s setting).
- Under Language, choose German or English.
Both changes apply immediately. On first launch the language follows your phone: German if your device is set to German, otherwise English. Your language is also used for push notifications.
Profile & Account
This is where you change your personal data and roles – details in Setting up your profile. Under Security you’ll find:
- Change password and Change email – if you sign in with email and password. For a new email address, you get a confirmation link sent to the new address.
- Set up a password – if you registered with Apple or Google. This lets you also sign in with email and password, for example in the web dashboard.
Passwords must be at least 6 characters long. Further down are Export my data, Withdraw health consent and Delete account – see Exporting data and deleting your account and Health data and consent.
Notifications, calendar and dashboard
- Notifications: set them globally or per team, including the Daily Check reminder and a section for parents. See Notifications.
- Calendar sync: the subtitle shows the status, such as Disabled or Synced. See Calendar sync.
- Dashboard widgets: tap a tile to show or hide it, and drag it by its handle to move it. The reset icon at the top right restores the default order.
Subscription
Under Subscription you see all the teams and clubs you created and which of them have Premium. Cancelling and changing payment details is done through your Apple or Google account. More in Premium for groups and clubs.
Signing out
There’s no sign-out button in the settings. You sign out through the side menu: Sign out at the very bottom.
In the web dashboard
In the web dashboard you’ll find Settings at the bottom of the sidebar. It only contains:
- Profile – view only. You change your name, photo and password in the app.
- Appearance – Theme (Light or Dark) and Display language (Deutsch or English). At first the dashboard follows your system and browser language. Your choice applies to this browser and is separate from the app.
- Your clubs – the clubs you manage, with your role and Premium status.
Notification settings, data export and account deletion are only available in the app. The exception: browser notifications for chat are set in the dashboard’s chat.
