Filling in the Daily Check

Three quick questions about your body, mind and sleep – how to fill in the Daily Check and who can see your answers.

The Daily Check lets you record how you feel each day in just a few seconds. Over time you – and, if you allow it, your coach – can see when you’re in good shape and when you need a break.

The three questions

The Daily Check has exactly three questions. You answer each one with a value from 1 to 10:

QuestionWhat it’s about
Physical fitnessHow fit does your body feel?
Emotional capacityHow much can you handle mentally?
Sleep qualityHow well did you sleep?

You can also add a short note (Add a note (optional)).

The app works out your average from the three values, for example Avg 7.3/10. Colors help you read it: up to 4 red, up to 7 amber, 8 and above green. A small dot under a number shows what you chose last time (if that was no more than 7 days ago).

How to fill it in

  1. On the Dashboard, tap the Daily Check card (“Three quick questions, one tap away”).
  2. Choose a value for each of the three questions.
  3. Add a note if you like.
  4. Tap Save. The button only becomes active once all three values are chosen.
The Daily Check card on the dashboard. One tap opens the three questions.

Afterwards the card shows your average and the three individual values. Made a mistake? Just tap the card again – today’s values are filled in and you can change them.

When the Daily Check appears

  • Automatically: when you open the app, the Daily Check pops up by itself if you haven’t done one today – at most once per app start. This doesn’t happen yet on the day you signed up.
  • Closing: the X at the top closes the window without saving.
  • Don’t show again: the automatic window has a Don’t show again button. It hides the card and stops the window from popping up.

You can switch the card back on under Settings → Dashboard widgets (entry Daily Check).

Reminders

Under Settings → Notifications, in the Personal reminders section, you’ll find:

  • Daily reminder – reminds you about the Daily Check in the morning. On by default at 08:00; you can change the time.
  • Evening reminder (20:00) – reminds you in the evening if you haven’t done a check yet. It only works if the daily reminder is switched on too.

Once you’ve filled in the check, you won’t get any more reminders that day.

The Daily Check stores health data, so the app asks for your consent before you fill it in for the first time. If you’re under 16, you also need a guardian linked to you in the app. More in Health data and consent.

Who can see my answers?

  • You – your history is on your profile (profile picture in the top right) under the Health tab.
  • Coaches and supervisors in your teams, meaning everyone with the “View member data” permission.
  • Your guardians, if you’re linked to a parent.

The detailed view for coaches is only available in teams or clubs with Premium.

For coaches

  • On the team page, the DailyScore tile shows your team’s average for today. A warning sign appears if anyone has a value of 4 or lower. In Premium teams, tapping it opens the Team wellbeing overview with every player, sorted from lowest to highest.
  • On a player’s profile, the Health tab shows their history.
  • Under Settings → Notifications (section Coach) you can get notified about low wellbeing. Notify below sets the threshold (default: 7). For privacy reasons the notification doesn’t include any values.

In the web dashboard you’ll find the values under Members → player → Health tab. It shows the latest values and the trend over the last 4 weeks or 3 months. The Daily Check itself can only be filled in in the app.
